When Hedley May launched in 2009, they knew executive search could, and needed to be, better.
They knew that focusing on ‘fee income’ was detrimental to the industry. Instead, they wanted to shift the focus. They wanted to create a firm that placed the marker of success on the outcome for their four stakeholders –their clients, candidates, colleagues and community partners.
elcap were tasked with designing and building an inclusive and attractive corporate website that showcased the values and expertise held internally across their London and New York offices. The website was custom coded to be lean, and quick to load, whilst retaining a luxury feel.
WordPress provided the foundation for the Content Management System and lottie files took care of the animation requirements.
