We’re a fast-growing team of friendly, technology enthusiasts and we are looking for an Senior Digital Marketing Manager to translate client briefs into working creative briefs, troubleshoot conflicts, drive retention and growth with our clients and represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales and marketing strategy.

You’ll be joining a small, passionate team of specialists in strategy, marketing automation, project management and website development. Whilst remote and flexible working is part of the company culture, there is also the option to work in our dog-friendly Manchester-based office with free parking, on-site café and free refreshments.

Overview of role

As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be overseeing, planning, implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns for multiple international clients.

Main responsibilities 

The role specifically involves responsibility for the following: 

  • Working across all digital channels including social media, web, CRM, SEO and PPC to deliver amazing results for clients (you will need to have your hands on the tools).
  • Preparing and delivering campaign reports and evaluating performance against KPIs to optimise results.
  • Keeping up to date on all the latest digital marketing developments, new technologies and trends to stay ahead of the game.
  • Developing innovative and effective digital marketing growth strategies.
  • Presenting ideas and opportunities to clients
  • Driving retention and growth with our clients 
Skills & experience

Exceptional communication and problem solving skills, with a positive, results-driven attitude.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience of working in a similar role and have solid working knowledge of the following areas

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a marketing related subject.
  • Google Analytics trained/certified.
  • Google PPC trained/certified.
  • HubSpot trained/certified.
  • Experience of the WordPress/HubSpot CMS
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary digital marketing agency
  • Experience of running multiple social media accounts
  • Excellent content writing skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organised, collaborative, and detail oriented  
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals 
  • Comfort in a rapid growth business environment – we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
  • The ability to change style based on the client and their app
