The brief
As a start-up, Mixella approached elcap initially for a website. Further discussions revealed that brand development was needed before we could start work on the website.
We worked with Mixella to develop a contemporary visual identity to mirror the quality of their kitchens. The website had to reflect the range of products whilst also making lead-generation and upload of previous plans simple.
The solution
As with many start-up businesses, Mixella had a limited budget to invest in their website.
Although the majority of our websites are complex and fully custom-built, with a small budget we recommended that this website make use of a commercial theme to save on development costs. We prioritised budget on ensuring the user experience met the same standards as a custom-built product would, by leaving some budget to extend the theme functionality, and ensuring the finish met our usual high standards.
The end-result is an affordable yet high quality website with a positive user experience which makes it easy for customers to filter and shortlist products to find their ideal kitchen.
