The brief

Be the internal marketer. And much more.

Wheelwash needed more than a marketing hire. They wanted a team that could think strategically, execute consistently, and deliver real, measurable outcomes — from demand generation to product marketing. The remit: take ownership of the full marketing function, drive brand visibility, generate leads, support global teams, and contribute to business growth.

 

The approach

From the start, our role was to lead and manage the full marketing engine from strategy to execution, working hand-in-hand with the Wheelwash team. We took responsibility not just for generating leads, but for building the infrastructure and systems that sustain long-term growth.

That includes shaping campaigns, optimising the website, managing security and performance, delivering outbound activity, and creating assets that support global sales. We also manage CRM strategy, content governance, social media, and analytics — ensuring every part of the marketing ecosystem is aligned, accountable, and moving in the right direction.

We work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and product, acting as a true partner: bringing structure, proactive ideas, and the right specialists to keep momentum high. Whether it’s a technical SEO audit, a UX improvement, a product launch, or a regional campaign. We own it, plan it, and deliver it.

Everything runs through a centralised project management system, giving full transparency across tasks, timelines, and team priorities. Strategic progress is shared monthly in a clear leadership report covering what’s been achieved, what’s ahead, and where the next growth opportunities lie.
