Solving the #1 HubSpot community challenge
As an active member on the HubSpot community, Michael Ord identified an opportunity that the HubSpot tool was missing - there was no off-the-shelf tool to share support tickets and confidential contractual documents within a custom-branded portal for customers and prospective customers.
After sharing the solution that elcap developed for Qualsys as a proof of concept, the thread went viral on the HubSpot community. We knew we needed to build a tool that users could instantly access from the HubSpot Marketplace.

From idea to a HubSpot-approved application
elcap had previously built a custom calculator tool for Qualsys. After listening to user feedback, analysing usage data, and reading feedback from the HubSpot community, elcap rebuilt the portal to be more scalable for businesses who wanted to 'plug-and-play' in a secure environment.
We opted to use Laravel and React as these coding languages are modern, mature and robust.
