Briefing

Tell us what you’re doing and what you’re trying to achieve. We’ll agree on research questions, define user tasks, and your target audience.

Recruitment

We source and screen participants that match your ideal demographic on your behalf. We’ll handle the incentives and scheduling.

Test day

Participants come to our UX Lab in Manchester or join remotely. Sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes each. You can watch live in a separate room, or on a live stream.

Analysis

We playback recordings and compile eye tracking data to identify patterns and prioritise findings by severity and impact.

Report and recommendations

We send a report back to your team, with the video evidence and heatmaps we’ve collected. We’ll also include recommendations your team can act on immediately.
